James Gerdts has lived in North Carolina for over twenty years and calls Raleigh home. He has always been intrigued by real estate's impact on peoples' personal and professional lives. James's formal education includes a Doctor of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Computer Engineering, and earning the CCIM designation. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. Beyond real estate James enjoys spending time with his family and participating in endurance sports.
